Our Story

MCG Property Improvements was founded by Nermin Dedovic in Tucson, Arizona. After years of working in and around the property improvement industry, Nermin saw the same problem everywhere: companies that were great at selling jobs, but handed off the work to a chain of unknown subcontractors. Clients never knew who was showing up. Quality was inconsistent. Trust was broken.

So Nermin built something different.

MCG was designed from the ground up to keep the work in-house. Our teams are our employees — trained, managed, and held accountable by us. We only bring in licensed subcontractors for plumbing and electrical work, and even then, we vet and supervise them directly.

Today, MCG is a multi-service property improvement company serving homeowners, property managers, and real estate investors across Tucson. We handle painting, drywall, landscaping, remodeling, maintenance, and cleaning — all under one roof, all coordinated by one point of contact.

We are locally owned. We are transparent. And we are growing — the right way.

Our vision is to become the most trusted property improvement company in Tucson’s Old Pueblo — the first call property managers make when something needs to get done.

As we grow, we are building in-house plumbing and electrical departments to eliminate the last remaining subcontractor dependencies. We are developing our team with clear career paths and leadership opportunities. And we are expanding our portfolio of services to meet every need our clients have, under one roof.
